The reverse merger took place months ago. No assets. Just a pump website with one news blurb from the pump. Nothing else added or updated since 2017. It was a P and D, 2 dead shells created for the sole purpose of printing paper. But, the company that remains has never done any business of any kind, ever...those are the very unfortunate facts for anyone holding bags. But, 100% consistent with every business venture involving Sam, he’s literally never created $1 of revenue, ever, in his lifetime.
