Inversor, I actually ended up buying some IIVI shares at $28 after that. Thanks for the advice.

Inversor- how does a $3 billion company acquire LWLG? IIVI probably couldn't pay much more than $10 to $12 per share for LWLG? I would hope LWLG is worth a lot more than that. But I could see a partnership.

GATES.

II-VI will be organized into two segments called Photonic Solutions and Compound Semiconductors. These segments will be led by:
Dr. Giovanni Barbarossa – Chief Strategy Officer, II-VI Incorporated and President, Compound Semiconductors
Sunny Sun – President, Photonic Solutions

Inversor, Richard, PG, please elaborate why you think this may be LWLG's partner/suitor? Is this because of their ties back to some of Ocalaro technology, or because of the recent Finisar deal?

see slide/page 7 for a historical look at II-VI

just curious, there are so many Tier 1's that ranging from good to near perfect "fits" for LWLG partner/suitor that I can't imagine LWLG not getting a "first dance" deal here very soon
