IMO I think you are wrong. It’s 75/25 to the end.

WHY did ANYONE bother to change it? It had miniscule effect/value, if it is/was not til the end.
Change long held BK procedure for a drop in the bucket??

Can you then explain why the 75/25 was included as part of the PLAN of RECORD voted on by shareholders and adopted by the court AFTER we voted and even reinforced 2 different times by the company , once in March of 2012 and once in I believe Aug of 2012.

I am not trying to be argumentative at all, as I am really interested in THE TRUTH here, like all of us are.

All I can see that has been put forth from the PLAN and from the company indicates it is the LAW of the land or the fact..

So again and I mean this sincerely will you please show me/us how you arrive at it only being for part of any possible distributions and not all of them going forward
