In regards to the 1 bil OS, 290 mil are restricted and 678 mil are unrestricted so it's better than it looks. Its been there for quite a while too which is encouraging. Mr Klug doesn't seem like a crook as his record shows. With so many undesirable OTC CEOs, that's refreshing!!
