If mediation fails, they will go to court for 5 days. Regardless of what the court says, I think RICO is on the way after this. SECTOR 10 has had enough.

The case will settle as soon as Seci get what they think they deserve.

The court ordered mediation next week is the defendants last chance to avoid the Utah trial, then the following Rico trial

So yes, the 7th is not the be all and end all date for a settlement, but it's the last time Seci need to show the courts they are trying to resolve this.

After the 7th, any chance if working out a fair deal is off the table. 10+ years and still not doing the right thing. The public will know what these thieves have done.

Good news is, no matter what's tweeted, posted or said... the courts and the evidence will decide this case.

And when federal Rico charges are filed, the 200+ defendants can only blame themselves. 10+ years of ignoring doing the right thing will turn into billions in damages, prison for some, dozens of families destroyed, companies reputations destroyed all for what ? Greed.

They have been playing hard ball for years...no way this settles in mediation. They will take it to court and see how it plays out...if it looks like they have a lot of evidence against them they can settle right then. IMO GLTA

If you play poker mediation is like folding before you see their cards.
