Yep...hard to believe really that next week we could potentially see the defendants throw in the towel and offer a mind blowing figure to settle this knowing what’s at stake and the exposure they will get in May if not. I mean really? This case is still open and pressing full steam ahead. With all the money and power the defendants have used to stop it or might I say misused to fund corruption to try to stop it. They have a week to decide their final move basically. “ Where there is smoke there is possible fire”. Man it’s getting hot in here!!!! It’s always been and always will be all or nothing for me.
