Why were false claims made no patent application for ECOSmartPen was ever filed? The entire premise for damages against MYDX being a scam ever since was built on these false claims. Blatant false claims against the company with the intent to damage the company name and scare shareholders and keep investors away has not gone unnoticed. The case can reopen as damages have accrued and will see what the defendants will be up against at that time.

Skip Sanzeri settled the $29,000,000.00 lawsuit MYDX filed for $5K.....and according to the court website, with zero legal counsel.....LOL
