First of all: no offence taken in any way. That said: I like to keep my brain as clear as possible according to the possible outcomes. Assign a probability to each outcome an try to rationalize thus my investment strategy. That also means taking unfavorable possible outcomes into account and weighting these appropriately. But not discounting them before the event has taken place. Thus as long as an injunction isn't ruled out by the judge the chance I'm assigning to it is less than 20% (due to the orphan indication status and IMHO) but definitely not zero.
Zake, thanks for reporting on your conversation with INSM. GIven that all 3 patents are ruled infringed (manufacture and use), how is it that this all only effects the short stature indication? regards...
