There will be no injunction. There has never been a case
of an injunction whenever it has involved an orphan drug.
There will be a conference call this morning. This does
only revolve around short stature. Either take a deep breath,
and hear the facts, or go over to the TRCA site and look at
their stock, and notice it's not blowing the roof up. Then
you will realize that true informed investors over there are
aprised of this situation and are functioning accordingly.
Unterberg still has a buy on this stock as of today.
