The Court will allow Plaintiff to offer articles regarding CMS open payments as exhibits.

I found this late addition of evidence at the request of Amarin kind of interesting.

So it looks like Amarin is either wanting to show that their experts are not highly conflicted by their financial ties with industry, or more likely, that the defendant's experts are very conflicted (i.e., maybe their experts make most of their annual income by testifying for generic companies in patent litigation). Doesn't totally discount what their experts testified to, but I suspect it might be something that would subtly enter into the thought processes of Judge Du when weighing the expert evidence provided by each side. The numerous corporate and plaintiff's attorneys with whom I have worked as a scientific expert witness in the past have always made it clear that there is some discounting of the legitimacy of testimony from a supposed expert who is a habitual hired gun, particularly when that expert almost always testifies for the same side of the argument.
