Answer: Yes, there is an outcome. The outcome is that the Draft SAP was completed, and that NWBO appears to be extremely happy with this Draft SAP. I imagine it is quite a revision from whatever draft SAP they might have started with at the beginning of the trial!
So is the SAP now a done deal? Well, just the Draft SAP appears to be a done deal. It has not been disclosed whether this Draft SAP has been submitted to any/all of the RAs for their feedback/commentary (if any). And ... if NWBO receives any such feedback from any of the RAs, then they will need to decide whether they will make any revisions to the SAP, or just go with the Draft SAP .... in either case, the end result they will wind up with is the Final SAP. They have not indicated that the Final SAP is a done deal.
So .... that appears to be one of the things we might still be waiting on ... arriving at a Final SAP.
