I would say $4/share is not absolutely impossible … but I'm not holding my breath, especially since the .8x bid (of 1000) has disappeared after a 20 share sale (bid now back to .28x).

Lower float and more shorting can possibly squeeze it easily. If correct GTSM and OTCX on L2 are known shorts? At least I know for sure OTCX is.
