Besides, the preferred are senior to commons and the 75/25 is completely justified. Would have it no other way.

Ok, this sounds great, however lets see what happens.....so the rule is that so far we have zero........for both equity........Now we are outside of the BK.....POR7 is complete and LTI where it was negotiated is closed and done........The assets per se with FDIC are retained or lets just say assets liquidated for equity if there is any.....

Lets see what gets paid out......75/25 or Face value of equity......P's are face value and the rest goes to U's......

Either way we get paid if there is value.......
