Unlikely. It's hard enough to have your license transfer across state lines.

i.e. good luck getting any state PE license to transfer to Hawaii or CA.

Cal, there may be some other requirements--though my cousin, an architect, only needed his degree (Dalhousie) and license (Albert and BC) to accept a job in CA as an architect. Here is the relevent information...

Under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) a citizen of a NAFTA country may work in a professional occupation in another NAFTA country provided that certain requirements are met, including that the profession is on the NAFTA Professional List. Specific definition of qualifying attributes:

Engineer: Baccalaureate or Licenciatura Degree; or state/provincial license.

There may be other requirements to practice, such as passing specific aspects of a provincial exam, but if you have a US PE you can get hired, without going through immigration, as a PE in Canada or Mexico, and vice versa.
