At the risk of getting my head taken off (again) I'd like to add another bit of information that I received about a year ago when I decided to invest in this company.
I contacted Dr. Prins at UCLA and specifically asked him then if he was using DCVax L in the trial he was contemplating at the time (with Opdivo). He said no, he was using his own version which was "very similar" to L.
Yesterday, he reiterated that but added that the new trial was going to use pem (Keytruda) instead for the CI.
Again, I don't think anyone should read anything into this beyond that. He has his own reasons for using his concoction, the trial is small, is in another indication, will take 5 years to run, and institutions usually go from there depending on the results but typically don't finance.
Dr. Liau is likely still tight with NWBO, likely frustrated by the delays, but anyone who thinks there's some "split" between her group and NWBO is wrong, IMHO.
We're on the doorstep of something very big. I think we'll hear in a couple of weeks, maybe slightly longer. Just MHO.
And no, I'm not some basher using another alias. Just haven't posted before, am in this fairly big and am optimistic.
