crtg... First a complaint, with documented evidence, has to be presented to the SEC or FINRA, whichever is responsible? Then they will investigate if enough incriminating evidence is forwarded to them!
With all the Speculative promises they made, and the fraudulent claims the Co' makes about both the basic CHS and the new CHS+, which some of the public accepts as "GOSPEL" truth, (but Which is still a figment of the imagination by them,) a pretty good case can be made? They are definitely pushing the limits of truth IMO?
