Great question Petra! Thank you for asking it.

So, Michael W. Fountain wrote a patent application out to "Compelling Competitive Advantage LLC (CCA) that outlined specialized art called "Methods of Making and Using Nano Scale Particles":

https://patents.justia.com/patent/20160317452

If read, the patent goes over preparation of nano particle liposomes using a specialized technique developed by Dr. Fountain. It's explicitly written several times that this technology can be made into a "still or carbonated drink."

Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal and one would shrug it off. But what many simply do not know is that James B. Hovis, the major shareholder of the members, built a beverage company using his own 2003 patent application very similar to Michael W. Fountain's to which he:

Distribution of AQUIS tm sports medical line - Agreement with Medco Supply Co. (2005)

http://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2005/11/22/336625/90214/en/Phlo-Af?liate-s-AQUIS-Products-to-be-Sold-By-Top-Medical-Products-Supply-Company.html

PHLO Corporation sells it's beverage line, "AQUISS Beverage" to Egg Co., a customer of Bon Appetit (450 - 7-eleven stores).

License NPC Technology to SB Books Inc (2009)

James B. Hovis has built and sold beverage companies and licensed his application as seen above. He KNOWS the beverage industry and Coca Cola.

Now, the company has been around for a while. It's facebook and other social media websites mark them around 2016, same with SEC documents.

Not only do they most likely have seed money to build their biotech company in the 10s of millions of dollars, but very strong inclination is that they have made a beverage company in the those 4 years. Notice the post date and what they claim they can do.

How fast?

Faster than a cat lapping chain lightning.

A very special patented drink line..... I suggest you read drugman's posts from last night, posted right on this board, that quotes the answer from the company. And read the blog site linked in 1000 twitter posts and posts here the last 8 weeks.

Sorry, been a long day.

If you want to wait 6 months for SEC reported revenue, no problem, but expect to pay 50 cents a share by then.
