CEO is top notch. Look at his credentials yourself. He has been securities lawyer for 30 years worked at multiple wall st. firms and was general counsel for largest solar company US in the world for their US operations.

Concerned with debt. Read my post stickied on top. IMO we are very close to complete all conversions if not already done and company didn't take any new debt as of 11/19 from 10Q.

8K filed on Friday tells that the company moving into mobile service business and formed a company with majority ownership. That means, IMO only one thing. they are bringing in additional partner. could be some fund interested in supporting company business plan or an established company already in mobile service business doing RM.

I don't speculate on the price. But, When the news come out, all I could say "better watch out"
