Mexico is corrupt of course the cartel will this is a dream for the cartel.. They can go into legitimate business to help launder the money that make from heroin cocaine meth and everything else they produce... Also I know for a fact the cartels are business people , and basically the Mexican government says whatever money we make from Aurora will give you a cut Aurora stays legitimate and The Mexican government is the one that's got their hands dirty because they're corrupt anyway.... As long as the drug trade is thriving so will the cartels and as long as there's billions of dollars pouring in you'll have corrupt politicians in Mexico corrupt government and even the Mexican people are bought by the cartel No Way Around It...
