1.The company remains unprofitable with no profits in sight. 2.It has a boatload of debt. 3.It's running out of cash and will have to dilute shares further to stay afloat.
If the piece was from Cantor Fitzgerald or Cowen & Company one of their analyst or Jeffries yeah maybe.. But this article just pinpoints some problems and at the end he says this... But I don't think that its share price will fall to $0.
