I gleaned some tidbits of DD from that post. Personally, I was pleased to know Ian Dixon is no longer a part of this company.

In consideration of their most recent sale of WD to Indian Co. for est. $125 million, is PIPE even necessary now with all the cash they have? The timing of this sale seems to be more than coincidental.
