I do think they will vote against the reverse split.



it is just the shorts and the flippers that have caused the drop.


and some profit takers since it moved up rapidly.




at any rate the catalyst here is just too big.



I am holding for the long run.



it is likely to hit $3 to $3.50 in a couple of weeks.



and yes they are a strong candidate for acquisition.


somebody is going to buy them out.
