An RS is very likely here but don't look at is a a total negative

Yes, it's an RS but it will get us to a much higher volume exchange and it will pay off

As much as I'd love to believe this thing can jump to the required share price naturally and actually hold long enough to meet the uplisting requirements I just can't see it right now
