Yesterday I took some time to contact the head of trading department at E*TRADE to clarify and confirm a couple facts.

1. To triple check that the Alert stating “this is not the final payment” was not a mistake.
2. That the statement in the alert “This is not the final payment” was forward looking.
3. Confirm the date of the Alert and who originated it. .....

So if the delivery is in COOP shares, it should be in a ratio proportional to one of our existing holdings. I have seen the ratio 1:10 or 1:20 being thrown around. Heck maybe 1:1. Some good news please. :-)

Stockssss, great information and thank you for sharing. No doubt, COOP share price has been diluted by 50% due to the market knowing about fifty million shares are to be issued and the market assumes no value but once announced, the market will reprice COOP to its correct value once the filing hits the market.

More than likely this will be COOP purchasing Servicing Rights from the former WaMu Estate now owned by investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012.

Please note I was not able to get clarification on payment dates however, I was able to confirm the "Alert" stating "This is not the final payment" was given on January 10, 2020 to the brokerage firms by the Transfer Agent, Computer share at the direction of Mr.Cooper Group.

I was also able to confirm that the Final LTI payment was indeed done.

This is significant because it confirms Mr. Cooper is the one paying us in the future.

It also confirms there is another payment

Even if that's true it does not tell me how much coming back it could be just Few cents. even bk shadow predict there is something like 0.07cent coming back.....
