Series X conversion on 1/15, "Event" on 1/16

Your guessing they didn't see the 8k? Hmmmm, that seems unlikely to me... More mystery to this saga, I can't wait until we get some explanation from the company....

Sure it's a guess, but LIBED's 8-K announcing the Series X conversion states that the new 33.9M shares were delivered to Rhee, Carter, Zimeri and Broken Circuit on 1/15, so on that day, the OS rose to 35.7M.

LG's filing states that the date of the event where they calculated how many shares they would own and the ownership percentage was on January 16. The filing states that the OS on that date was only 1.86M shares, yet in reality, it already was at 35.7M.

So either the folks at LG were lying about the OS in the filing, or they didn't know.
