2) Nancy Heinen is revered as a Silicon Valley leader. Remember the Department of Justice did a 2 year criminal investigation and then closed the case with no one being indicted. Nancy only paid a fine to SEC and agreed to temporarily not serve on any boards, but never admitted any guilt nor was she forced to. Everyone knows she took the fall for Steve Jobs, but also never became a “turncoat” either.
