Your note in the previous post also should stand as an example of why Barge and I have often commented that the political working relationships and collaborations between companies today serve as a more important obstacle to SUCCESSFUL competition that patents which can often be ignored and litigated later.

I noted today that there are only 11 trading days left in 2006. SKS used to speak of the tipping point being 18 to 36 months in the future. I don't know when that is, but I do know that the technology keeps on widening its base (see Juniper today) and as we approach the end of 2006 it's 12 months closer. The good think about the market is that IF you sell, it only has to hit $50 one more time.
