Well, the company is going to have to either accomplish something of significance, or at the very LEAST, put out a PR that claims they've accomplished something of significance if those insiders are going to make any money on their self-dealing. Today's volume was a grand total of 17 shares! Hard to dump millions of shares on naive retail at that daily share volume.
