The P30i, (your favorite) looks to me to have "tubes" that insert in the nostrils. Guess you didn't mind that too much.
I bet the Dreamports you mentioned will undoubtly have problems keeping a good seal throughout the night and at nearly $100 a month, that will get expensive.
