All things like that have tubes going in nose. And they don't have to seal. The increased air pressure keeps enough going in nose, like in a hospital. None of those seal.
The P30i has no such "tubes" inserted into the nostrils like this one does, it rests on the bottom of the nostrils. The Bleep Dreamports don't leak at all once affixed properly to the bottom of the nose. They are favored by many users for that reason and for the strapless design. Insurance will cover the daily cost of the pillows like it does all other CPAP supplies.
