If they were lock up shares, then I don’t understand the length of time. If they were purchased from the insider when are they going to hit the market. {in other words what does the agreement state} insider bought from the underwriters, but I’m having a hard time believing the .38 number. There has not been 1.5 in volume some if not all haven’t dropped yet.
Irregular to say the least.
