wasn't here then, but maybe they were purchased at say $.12 with an option to sell them at .38 but no higher and no sooner than 12 months out. If the pps was say $.25 12 months after the guy, sell for.38 and buy back in 31 days for market price at the time. Just don't know why you would wait 'till $3 to dump. Make any sense to anyone? Weird deal if the $.38 is the correct sale price and not a misprint. But then the dollar value of the sale would be much much higher.
