Correct, Mid and High dose are two concurrent arms of the P2b part and maybe also of the P3 part, but that could be anything we don't know.

My first impression when I looked at it was they had a drop down menu that allowed Phase 2 or Phase 3 but not 2/3. So they chose one of each to signify Phase 2/3...I doubt it's anything more weighty than that.
