Easy to fake a PR, not so easy to Fake a Form 8-K filed with OTC Pink Market.
If FUNN Execs are on the up and up, why wouldn't they file Form 8-K?
IMO it would validate PR in a very official capacity, is free Marketing and PR, and would gain back lost confidence and trust with Minority SH AND Market.
