So it is pretty clear that the merging company is creating a drinking line (for starters). That doesn't include it's contracts with University of Pennsylvania. The history between Michael W. Fountain and James B. Hovis is a lot closer than we thought.
And they go back before we originally thought when Anne and James were creating their first drinking line with AQUISS Beverage Company, that was than acquired by Egg Company.
This was the one the Hovis' made with Coca Cola. They ended up having to sue a former employee whom was supposed to essentially "build the brand."
He was making a nice salary and stock with the company without actually doing any of the work.
Anyways, because of that lawsuit, Michael W. Fountain created another patent application in 2016, as we know.
This is a rather impressive and important revelation because they had 450 -- 7-eleven stores featuring their drink up and down the west coast.
It has been coming up on 4 years since the new patent application was approved. For all we know is they perfected their drinking line, one closely related to the past one, but with NEW additions like "Vitamin E Phosphate" additives for preventative effects., as written in the application, with the fact that these can pass the BLOOD BRAIN BARRIER (BBB).
So, it has been roughly 4 years since that application was written. I would suspect, with Hovis' previous beverage industry knowledge, there is some subsidiary beverage company they have built.
