Not unless there is an account set aside that they can not talk about, the whole recovery system fell on the hands of the judge making sure the examiner had access to all documentation necessary to make it fair and reasonable, other than that all would be quoted as unfair and unreasonable, to say the least, and 12 years down the drain for equity recoveries. imo
