I think that with this patent being filed back in '12 and now just being acknowledged in 2020 says something key in regards to what is maybe being discussed in Reno? Interesting times to say the least.

Tasty- There are a number of patents that infer with generic having a clear launch even if this patent suit goes their way, which is currently not the case. Why is there even currently ongoing litigation? No idea, I said it was pointless months ago.
