Then one can only think , THEY ARE 2 separate actions then. IMHO

If not the 1-23 would disappear, and you notice NOW the company has RELEASED info that EARNING have been changed to 3/6/2012 and in a LEGAL timely manner.

Now if the 1/23/20 flag DOES NOT GO AWAY today or tomorrow, then imho they are separate actions

I pulled a couple random sites, including NASDAQ and they are saying 1/30, based on estimates determined from dates of previous earnings reports. I saw 3/6 on Fidelity as have others.

This is odd. Are you seeing 3/6 as earnings date when you click on the ticker (not the flag)? I'm seeing 3/5 or 3/6 for earnings on TD, Fidelity, and Schwab. Rockie reported seeing it on eTrade also. Yet the 1/23 flag is still there?
