With 3 BILLION shares in the kitty there isnt any need for SBES to do a R.S.if, and its a BIG if, the outstanding shares arent at that level yet.
Xu is a real piece of work. besides putting his name on this company with the NVSOS and the OTC he hasnt done squat.
The T.A. is still gagged, no financial info, no official PRs,no updates on the OTC about social media sites or company websites, NO ANYTHING!
Certainly all of the trade marks of a well orchestrated Xu/Soboloweski/MMG/Emry Capital scam in the making here at SBES.

In 30 years of trading I've never heard of a ticker looking for a RM candidate doing a RS. A small RS to uplist, sure. But that's not even the situation here.
