So, the total OS at the time of the initial offering was 25,834,000. It increased to 26,100,665 in the most recent amendment(s). That accounted for the increase of 266,665 to settle with the old regime. >>

And now, the most recent OS disclosure on OTCM dated 01/02/20 shows another increase of 500,000 shares to total out at 26,600,665. >>

From the 13,599,998 offering, could someone have purchased 500,000 shares at the minimum of $.75 ??? ... Man, they have WAY bigger cohones than me.

Edited to add: Maybe there will be some clarification in the fins due the middle of March.
