Your understanding of the industry is lacking. As someone who is in the industry, Russian has has not displaced any wood pellet demand from Europe. Japan is mostly hype right now, it looks as if they will become a major player in pellet demand, but it hasn’t happened yet. I do agree it will happen, but when is the question. I dealt with Japanese buyers in 2013, they didn’t actually execute a contract, but it is coming in a big way. That doesn’t mean Europe isn’t the big player right now.
