Yes but this plant does not have a customer to buy the stuff. And the plant is still three months away from completion. This is a "Climate Change Hype" article in a very liberal state.
I would rather not have debt service payments without a signed customer. Why PPG in Oregon delayed its switch plan in 2017 is quite obvious. Trump got elected and natural gas supplies from fracking took off.
I still believe there is a place for BMSPF in the future. But Germany has moved "whole hog" for natural gas from Russia. And Europe will follow. My dilemma is "The only place for Biofuels now is Japan." The rest of Asia could care less about "Climate Change".
The big question is how long will the Port in Louisiana wait. And the state has $140 million committed that could surely be used elsewhere. This is the game of "chicken" we are now playing.
Mid February 2020 will be the tale of the tape. Either it is a go or more searching the universe looking for that right star.
