But this is the same person that signed an 8-K that was filed with the SEC that contained demonstrably false information about Class C preferred shares that DON'T EXIST and that the same person claimed were sold for $250K that doesn't appear on SHMP's balance sheet.

How can anyone trust a person that would do that?

And note that NO ONE has ever challenged those facts.
