Do we know if "DC tumor cell lysate vaccine" is NWBO's DC Vax-L?

Imho UCLA is confident with nGBM. If not sure, they will not go ahead with the rGBM I believe. This is a hint or a nice clue the vaccines are efficacious to those who responded. Am I right?
