You need to take that up with your broker in Germany. They may not be aware that the LT agreed to leave our Escrow Markers intact, at least for the near future.
poly: My German account still shows all markers and the right Cusip#! If this is not the case with you, then you should do something about it immediately. LG
Call your brokerage and insist that you are expecting further diatribution from "remote bakruptcy assets" after bk closure. Same thing happened to me years ago in my Schwab account here in the US. At first I thought it was foul play but I gave them the benefit of doubt and just attributed to uninformed personnel. I got my markers back after calling them.
