The conversión Price of the notes is 70% of the low stock Price
They have converted many shares at 0.01225 (70% of 0.175$)

Yeah was thinking along those same lines... kind of hard to figure an avg conversion price but yeah should be damn close. That 6 mill t trade on Friday was interesting.
