IMO... Nasrat might continue to advance SequestOx when we have the money... But I don’t see it getting launched...Will be offered in a nice buy out package from a big pharmaceutical company that could handle the litigation...
When Drs RX SequestOx they will know their patients aren't out chewing, injecting or snorting to get high. Only Pharmas that went out and marketed their opioids as being safe are being sued. Nasrat knows better. Just be honest on the labeling and who ever sells them needs to be honest as to what you are getting. After that it falls on the FDA for approving them. New opiod makers no not say opioids are safe and push them with their sales force. Best not to advertise. The Pharmas being sued sent out sales reps and lied saying how safe they were and that they were not addictive. A 'good' ADF adds on another layer of protection.
