Not sure why Nasrat would rush to get SequestOx to the market even if the FDA approves it in this political climate..

Almost guaranteed that one someone, somehow would abuse it and definitely start litigation against Elite. Currently the courts are awarding huge settlements against manufacturers. I just don’t see this happening in the next couple of years.

Why would Nasrat welcome this?

By then Elite will accept a Buy Out offer...Just my opinion..
