IMO going pink is the logical step following the initial decision becoming final.

Not hope based... clearly this is the intention of DBMM... and why they are fighting so hard in court (and winning). Also why they have been filing, and on time.

If they stop doing that from NOW, GOING FORWARD... my thoughts on the matter would change.
