I think your statement is that dire. .507 is nearly twice .30 and one decent PR will blow past .30 so quick you will wonder what happened.

That’s what anyone would do and that’s why it’s likely Kim will; he’d love to rid himself of the whiny shareholders that email and call every day. At 30 cents , he can still claim he maximized value for long term shareholders as promised.

So the share price was at $0.50+ prior to the reverse split announcement. After 10+ years of trying to build the company, starting large scaled production, etc and seeing what the RS authorization did to the share price, you would sell the company for $0.30/share instead of, say, rescinding the RS authorization and letting the share price run on that news alone first, at a minimum? Makes more sense to you to leave it in place and take $0.30/share instead of letting it run back up to $0.50+/share and take $1+/share instead?

This is one of those times where I'm glad shareholders aren't making the call.

Thank God we have Kim Thompson as our CEO! Kim will do whatever he can to get the price he wants in any BO situation. So you want him to sell at .65 after fourteen long years and millions of his own money into KBLB? Honestly???
